timeline

Reporting to Jo and Clare is a highly qualified and motivated team of Early Years practitioners. The nursery staff are the most important part of what we do and their continued professional development is important to our success. Each nursery has a named Manager and Deputy along with a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENDCO) and a designated member of staff for safeguarding, together with trained first aiders. Staff are organised into teams linked to children’s age groups with lead staff responsible for both care & education. Our nursery rooms have been given names that relate to children’s ages and stages of development. These are:

Discoverers: 0-18 months | Explorers: 18 months – 2 ½ years | Creators: 2 ½ – 3 ½ years | Inventors: 3 ½ – 5 years
