Squirrels Hatfield is a 50 place nursery serving families within the local community and beyond. Rated Outstanding by Ofsted (see report here) in July 2017 the nursery strives to offer the absolute best in education and care for babies and children aged 3 months to 5 years.
In Hatfield we work closely with our partners from Hatfield Community Free School. This includes the teachers from the reception class where the majority of our children will move on to in the September before the child’s fifth birthday.
Hatfield Community Free School has an excellent partnership with the University of Hertfordshire & with local secondary schools; this supports their aim to become a teaching school with a specialism in Science & Technology. Squirrels was chosen as the nursery provider to the school after a rigorous selection process based on high quality credentials along with a shared vision & ethos for the local community of Hatfield.
